Vancouver, British Columbia – United Lithium Corp. (CSE: ULTH; OTC: ULTHF; FWB: 0UL) (the “Company”) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to acquire an aggregate of 2,550,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.60 (the “Options”) in accordance with its 10% rolling Incentive Stock Option Plan.
Of the total Options, 1,700,000 Options have been granted to certain directors and officers of the Company. All Options are fully vested as at the date of grant and exercisable for a five-year term expiring December 23, 2026.
